Bookings

In case of a booking, we will only collect information that is absolutely necessary for us to handle and complete your booking. We will share the collected information (or part of it) with our staff in order to process your booking. All booking information is collected through the Dacoda booking software and financial information is processed by Valitor.

Contact forms

When you fill out one of the contact forms on this website your information will be shared with the our staff who will use the information to provide answers to your questions.

Newsletters

When signing up to our newsletter your contact information will be shared with our staffl and with our mailing list on a 3rd party mass-mailing website, called Mailchimp. This information will be used to send the occasional commercial email newsletter. We do not share any contact details with other third parties.
